General Information

What is the date, time, and location of the conference?

The event Headquarters will be streamed November 13–15, 2025, (Thurs - Sat) 10am - 4pm in Las Vegas, NV. You are welcome to join us here or you can stream from your location as long as you have a solid internet connection, good lighting, microphone and camera.

What is the name and theme of the conference?

The summit is called Press Play, Not Pause with the theme: Grow your Vitality | Impact | Purpose.

Who is the audience?

Professional women and business owners, ages 35–60, primarily in the U.S., seeking growth in health, leadership, and wealth during the peri- and menopausal transition.

What is the expected size of the audience?

We anticipate 290+ registered attendees, with 250+ expected to attend live across the 3-day event.

Presentation Logistics

What is the length of my session?

Your session will be 30 minutes, with an optional 15 min live Q&A or community chat component. (45 min total)

What format is my session?

You may provide a pre-recorded talk or go live. Please plan on being available for Q&A and break out sessions. These will occur most likely directly after your speaking session.

Will there be a Q&A segment, and how much time is allocated?

Yes. You may participate in a live Q&A chat. Timing will be communicated based on the event schedule. We will have 15 minutes in your speaking session and then will go to a break after where you can provide an open zoom room to receive attendees.

What A/V equipment will be available if I attend in person?

Professional-grade camera, lighting, microphones, and teleprompter (if needed) will be provided on-site during filming.

What file formats are acceptable for presentations?

PowerPoint (.pptx), Keynote (.key), or Google Slides are accepted.

How should I submit my slides, and what's the deadline?

Submit your final slides via email or Google Drive link by October 15, 2025.

Will there be a tech check or rehearsal?

Yes. If recording virtually, we'll schedule a brief tech check 1 weeks prior to your session taping.

Travel & Accommodation (for in-person filming)

Are travel or lodging expenses covered or reimbursed?

No. This is a pay-to-play speaking opportunity. Travel and lodging are optional and not covered.

Are there preferred hotels or booking codes for speakers?

We will provide a list of recommended nearby hotels once filming logistics are finalized.

Is transportation provided from the airport or to the venue?

No formal transportation is provided, but we'll offer ride-share suggestions and directions.

On-Site (or Virtual) Details

Where do I check in as a speaker?

If joining us in person, details about check-in and filming schedule will be sent in early November. If presenting virtually, you'll receive a Zoom link and time slot for your session.

What is the dress code?

Business casual to elevated — wear what reflects your brand and feels empowering on camera.

Promotion & Media

Will my talk be recorded or live-streamed?

It will be recorded while being streamed during the event. A replay will be made available for VIP attendees.

Can I share slides or video after the event?

Yes. You may share your full talk starting December 18, 2025. A recording will be provided to you.

Will I be promoted in event materials or on social media?

Yes — all speakers receive at least one branded post on our LinkedIn and Facebook pages. Add-on promotions are also available.

Should I use an event hashtag or tag certain accounts?

Yes! Use #PressPlayNotPause and tag @ShieldBarMarketing @nikolehuamont @aceyourevent and @AngelaCring for bonus visibility.

Miscellaneous

Can I bring promotional materials or handouts?

Yes — digital handouts may be submitted for inclusion on the event platform. Physical materials can be added to VIP swag boxes.

Will I receive attendee feedback or session ratings?

Yes — a summary of speaker feedback and engagement will be shared after the event.
